scheduled departure time, after which it will be considered a "No Show" and the
entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
 Please arrive for your rental 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to
ensure the entire rental time is allotted. Rental times cannot be extended due to late
arrivals.
 Parking on weekends is $20 cash. July 4 th $40 cash.
 The renter MUST be present at check-in with their driver’s license and the credit
card used to pay for the rental with them. The rental process cannot begin until all
these requirements are met.
 Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's
License to operate a boat.
 Renters for jet skis must be 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License. 16 and 17 year
old’s must be accompanied by an adult. 15 years old and under are not permitted to
operate a jet ski with or without an adult.
 A security deposit of $300 per vessel will be required on the day of the rental and
must be placed on a major credit card (NO AMEX) in the Renter's name.
 The rental process CANNOT begin until all the following has been completed: the
card used for payment has been verified, the $300 security deposit is taken, all
approved drivers have shown valid Driver’s License.
 Open flames, grills, or cooking equipment of any type is prohibited on all rental
boats.
 No Swimming, No Bow Riding, No jumping off boat, No Mooring to other boats or Tying to Docks
and or Buoys, No Beaching, No Towing, must stay 100 feet from other vessels.
 Operation of boat/jet ski must stay on lake side of Buoys.
 Anyone under 12 years old must always wear a life jacket (PFD) while in the boat.
 All persons must remain inside the boat’s railing while it is moving.
 All persons on jet skis must wear a life jacket (PFD).
 Changes to existing reservations boat/jet ski type, rental date or time must be made
at least 48 hours before the reservation date and cannot be processed online.
Please call the location in which the reservation was made to make these
arrangements.
 Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in
a cancellation fee that is 20% of the total reservation amount.
 Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in a
forfeit of the total reservation amount and cannot be credited towards future
reservations.
 If the following conditions exist on the lake; heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes;
lightening; or any condition that Pine Knot Marina considers unsafe boating
conditions, then the reservation fees can be credited towards future boat/jet ski
rentals. Weather credits or rain checks can only be given in person on the day of the
rental and are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of the
rental not future weather forecasts. NO REFUNDS!
 All July 4 th Firework show is Non-Refundable.
 Return Time Policy: $100 Per Hour over return time plus rental rate.
 Gas is included with all rentals.
 Jet skis NO MORE than 2 people or 300LBS max
One party cannot rent a boat and jet ski for the same time slot.
Under no circumstance can a driver or passengers switch vessels while under operation.
